Forms - Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar and ITS have been working to find a solution for replacing the standard operational forms that are used in the Registrar's Office with electronic forms (eForms) to improve efficiency and reduce the use of paper documents significantly. The SoftDocs Etrieve system was selected as our eForms solution. The goal of the project is to create fully online forms with electronic routing and approvals.
The forms which are now eForms are identified with (eForm) after the name of the form.
